Are you building individual leaders?

I quite like this term. When building a great company, the need for individual leaders is what makes the difference. Individual leaders are ones who understand that they are doing things at work not just as a job or for salary alone! They understand that their job starts well before work and goes on well after work! They understand the "headache" of taking responsibility  for other people! This is one aspect which individual leaders empathize with and know is their obligation.

Why are individual leaders critical? They make the difference at every level in the company. They are able to energize people and tell them why they should be doing things and not what they should be doing? They make a big difference to customer experience in any organization. We need to plan and build individual leaders at every level in a company.
