Steve Jobs had interesting things to say in his adddress at Stanford-this commencement address- Just tells you a few things if you want to say customer centric.
a. Love what you do. Don't ever do it for others.
b. Be "true" to your spirit.
c. Accept Reality - You then get to solve problems quickly
d. Don't analyse too much. Get it done. The dot's then connect!
