Buildingblocks

Paul. A. Barsch writes:

Just as amino acids are the building blocks of proteins and proteins are the main building blocks and functional molecules of the cell, so too are the three C's of CRM the building blocks to a successful CRM implementation.

  1. CAREFUL -Be careful as to your aim and objective when making a multi-million dollar decision on CRM software, services and support. Do it for the right reasons.
  2. CULTURE. Customer relationship management must be ingrained in the culture. If taking care of customers, and I mean really taking care of customers, isn't in the culture, your CRM initiative will fail. Is taking care of the customer just lip service in your organization?
  3. COMMITMENT. Customer Relationship Management is a commitment, in dollars, time and in leadership. If the senior brass aren't committed to the project = failure. If the organization isn't committed with a single minded goal of serving the customer better = failure.
